blinds & curtains - We do not clean blinds or curtains because of potential issues. we prefer that blinds be wiped and curtains washed if possible before the our staff arrive. there will be no re-clean for any issues resulting from cleaning of blinds, garage use and balconies after the full bond clean is completed.

garage & balconies - garages and balconies are cleaned by airbower or swept. garage walls are not included - this can be arranged with additional fees.

ceilings - ceilings are not included however, cornice will be dusted.

furniture - please ensure all furniture is completely moved out unless it is a furnished property. additional Charges will apply for any delays.

damaged items - Please ensure to let us know prior to arrival if any items are currently damaged or not in working order. king k cleaning is not responsible for these damages and photos prior to the clean will be taken and provided upon request.

power & water - PLEASE ENSURE POWER & water are NOT DISCONNECTED on the day of the clean. The clean cannot be completed without these services. additional Charges will apply for any delays.

Carpets - Carpets are requred to be vacuumed by he tenant in advance before steam cleaning - carpet steam clean incures additional Charges, please let us know if this is required.

soft furnishings - We do not dry clean Bedding - such as pillow cases, mattress protector, blankets, etc.

discarded items - Please ensure all personal items are removed from the property prior to the clean. king k cleaning will not be responsible for any items left on the premises. All items (unless specified as a furnished property) will be disposed of unless instructed otherwise.
